My path began in international business: with a Master’s degree in International Business Development (University of Milano-Bicocca) and postgraduate degrees in Canada and India, where I discovered the power of emotional intelligence and change management. That revelation led me to start my own company and collaborate with global firms, until I felt a deeper call: to direct my work toward human development.

So I trained in coaching (aligned with ICF standards, Universidad Iberoamericana), organizational constellations (UVM) and completed 200 hours of yoga. In parallel, I entered into the Mayan worldview and the Andean tradition of Q'ero, serving as Pampamisayoq. With all these tools, I founded Mutat Mind Consulting over nine years ago.

Since then, I have been accompanying transformation processes for leaders, teams and organizations in North America, South America and Europe, integrating strategy, body awareness and ancestral wisdom to support those seeking clarity, direction and balance, honoring both the visible and what is still emerging in silence.I'm Atala. I connect with leaders at the moments that matter most and help them find clear paths forward, in life and in work.

My work sits at the intersection of business strategy and deep human development. But strategy alone has never been enough, and I've seen that up close. The leaders I work with are often highly capable and well-resourced, yet still stuck. What moves them isn't another framework. It's working at the level where the real pattern lives. That's why, alongside my business background, I trained in the Andean Q'ero tradition, where I serve as a Pampamisayoq, and in Mayan cosmovision. These lineages offer precision in reading systems, timing, and what lies beneath the surface that conventional consulting simply doesn't reach.

I don't offer formulas. I offer presence, method, and the kind of insight that only comes from working at multiple levels at once: rational, somatic, ancestral, and strategic.
